We offer an integrated approach to the investigation, assessment and remediation of contaminated land. Our skills, supported by our in-house contaminated land laboratory, are available to residential and commercial property developers, land owners, local authorities and fellow consultants.
As a major landowner and site operator we believe our understanding of the commercial, planning, and regulatory complexities faced when selling or purchasing property gives us a unique skills set in any project.
From the landowner’s perspective, the process of contaminated land management is summarised on our Contaminated Land Management flow chart that shows example exit points from the process. Recognising the potential environmental liabilities and issues associated with the management and redevelopment of brownfield land is the first step in unlocking its potential value.

The current portfolio of properties is extensive, varied and geographically spread throughout the UK. The team is multi-disciplined and have broad ranging experience in all areas of property management and development.

Everyone recognises that they are fundamental to the smooth running of any business but even so, they are not generally seen as being ‘core’ business activities.We offer a fully coordinated approach to real estate and facilities management.
