Total Performance

Total Performance is about every aspect of the way we do business; customer focus, financial performance, programme execution and responsible behaviour. Consistent application of our brand identity is an important way to reflect Total Performance throughout our organisation and when dealing with our external stakeholders.

The Company has a style, tone of voice and brand identity to support the development of our communications. These are the building blocks of our global brand. The BAE Systems Brand Standards have been created to ensure we communicate effectively and consistently across everything we do - we are one brand, and it is BAE Systems.

We communicate across dozens of internal and external channels every day, and how we present ourselves as individuals and as a business is crucial to the opinions people form. Each interaction is an opportunity for us to enhance our reputation and underline our vision 'to be the premier global defence, security and aerospace company'.

Total Performance campaign
A campaign to introduce Total Performance and our new values was launched in February 2010. From this page, you can download a section of the Brand Standards which covers the production of internal posters that launch Total Performance and our new values to all of our employees. You can also download a PowerPoint presentation cover slide and the InDesign and Quark templates that are used to create all Total Performance posters.
