PES - Expolosive testing
Our environmental laboratory based in Lancashire, offers a wide variety of analytical services to the contaminated land sector.
Originally founded in 1990 by Royal Ordnance in order to decommission and add value to its property assets it quickly grew with its incorporation into the BAE SYSTEMS plc group.
This rapid expansion coupled to the increasing demand for analytical services catering for the land sector resulted in the diversification of testing from a purely defence based test suite to a larger and more varied list of organic and inorganic contaminants, many of which are now UKAS and MCERTS accredited.
Our laboratory is equipped with modern, advanced analytical instrumentation enabling accurate and rapid tunaround of samples, and our staff have a vast knowledge of contaminated land testing, and are always on had to respond to any questions you may have.
We can also assist with method development/validation exercises, along with small scale laboratory pilot trials in aid of remediation and decommissioning strategies.
Full accreditation details available at www.ukas.org/testing our laboratory registration number is 1764. The Laboratory takes part in CONTEST and RTC Performance Testing Schemes as a requirement of UKAS/MCERTS Accreditation.
