Radiation-Hardened FPGAS
For more than ten years, BAE Systems fabricated and packaged the radiation-hardened RH1020 and RH1280 field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). Though these Actel parts were discontinued in 2006, a special licensing agreement allows BAE Systems to return RH1020B and RH1280B to production. Orders are now being accepted by BAE Systems for 2008 deliveries.
The remanufactured FPGAs are form/fit/function drop-in replacements to the original FPGAs.
