Our family of radiation-hardened products includes:
- The RAD750® microprocessor, the industry leading and most technologically advanced microprocessor ever offered to the space community
- A suite of memory products, including 4Mb and 16 Mb static random access memory (SRAM), first-in first-out memory (FIFO), programmable read-only memory (PROM), L2 Cache/SSRAM memory, and our newest offering: the 2Mb and 4Mb non-volatile chalcogenide random access memoryTM (C-RAM) memory products
- A full line of application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), including quick-turnaround structured ASICs, and low-power, high-performance, standard-cell ASICs
- A series of standard products, including our Spacewire ASIC, and a return to production of the RH1020 and RH1280 FPGAs
BAE Systems products are built upon our Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) semiconductor technology. Our Semiconductor Technology Center (STC) provides 150nm and 250nm products, and supports the rebuilding of legacy 0.5 micron and 0.8 micron products. The STC is a flexible manufacturing facility capable of building mega-rad-hardened electronics. In addition, the center works with innovative materials processes to produce carbon nanotube logic, the C-RAM memory product, electronic-photonic integrated circuits, and advanced microbolometers for thermal imagers.
