Missile checkout console

Our missile check-out console (MCC) is a missile test system that supports missile testing during the stages of missile development, as well as integration, assembly, and test.

The MCC supports developmental test and acceptance test capabilities, diagnostic support, and data analysis of the missile and its components. Developmental testing includes "fly-in-the-lab" system testing. The MCC performs both functional and mission-scenario testing to ensure components are installed and operating properly. It contains the instrumentation and interfaces required to provide the stimulus and measures the output response of the missile. When initiated by the operator through the graphical user interface, the MCC applies and monitors signals to the missile. All pass/fail determinations are performed by the MCC through the analysis of the measured data. Diagnostic data gathered by the MCC may also be analyzed by the operator to aid in efficient fault isolation and design analysis.
