BAE Systems is producing large-area (432 × 432) staring and (786 × 6) scanning photovoltaic HgCdTe SWIR / MWIR scanning chip assemblies (SCAs) for the U.S. Air Force's next-generation, space-based early warning system for detection of missile launches.
