Hägglunds CV90 in the desert
The CV90 family is developed with a clear vision: to create a system with maximum performance in the toughest terrain and hostile combat environments at a low life cycle cost.
Today the CV90 is in service with the armies of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland and Finland and has been deployed on UN and NATO operations. Earlier this year the 1000th production vehicle was delivered to the Netherlands.
The latest CV90 generation, the CV9035 MkIII, is a highly advanced system with focus on maximum protection and mobility. The vehicle meets and exceeds the most demanding requirements for protection of personnel. Compared to its predecessors, the CV9035 MkIII provides improved capabilities in the following areas:
- Bushmaster III cannon
- Commander's independent sight "Hunter-Killer"
- Third generation TI cameras for gunner and commander
- Integration of higher level of protection, including
bomblet and mine protection - Integration of BMS and DAS
- High speed Ethernet data bus
- Increased payload with growth potential
