Lightweight Stabilized Weapon System (LSWS)

The Lightweight Stabilized Weapon System (LSWS) from BAE Systems provides a compact, ultra-lightweight and effective means of force protection for applications ranging from capital ships to patrol and riverine craft, and from fixed sites to combat venicles.

The LSWS offers the ability to detect, illuminate, deter, and engage threats at greater distances and with more accuracy than crew-served weapons. System remote control optimizes crew-safe operation in diverse weather and combat conditions, as a stand-alone weapon, or as part of a fully networked defense.
