Pinnacle Holdings Announces the Acquisition of 3-D Chemicals and 3-D Fertilizer

Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings, LLC (“Pinnacle”) has acquired the assets of 3-D Chemicals, LLC, 3-D Chemicals Inc., 3-D Fertilizer, LLC and 3-D Fertilizer Inc. (“3-D”). Headquartered in St. Martinville, Louisiana, 3-D was founded in 1976 by David Degeyter. 3-D currently operates two locations in St. Martinville and New Iberia, with associated warehouses, primarily servicing the sugarcane growing area in Louisiana west of the Atchafalaya Basin.

3-D Chemicals and 3-D Fertilizer were established in 1976 by David Degeyter, primarily servicing growers in the sugarcane industry in South Louisiana. The company operates two locations in St. Martinville and New Iberia, supplying pesticides, dry and liquid fertilizer, lime, custom application services, agricultural consulting services and pipe and fittings for drainage and irrigation systems. 3-D Chemicals also grows and sells certified sugarcane seed in conjunction with Kleentek.
